Our Office is Open Again!

Service Update March 2022

Immigrant Services is pleased to welcome clients back to in-person appointments! We’re happy to be able to see you in person again!

We will be open daily, Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 4:30pm.
You must have an appointment to visit our office.

(Updated April 2022) We ask that you come on time for your appointment, wear a mask when you are inside the office, use the hand sanitizer provided and keep socially distanced. We also encourage you not to bring family members with you to your appointment.

Please remember to bring your immigration document with you to your appointment.

For the safety of all, we have installed clear barriers at reception and on each desk where appointments take place. We are limiting the number of people allowed in our office at one time. Only some of our staff will be working in the office each day. Others will be working remotely, serving clients by phone, email and video chat.

If you feel sick, please stay at home. Call us and we will reschedule your appointment or provide service by telephone or video chat.

Our workshops and group classes will continue to be held online using Zoom until further notice.
