This session is for families with children attending an Upper Grand District School Board school in Guelph.
Join our SWIS team in person at Immigrant Services Guelph-Wellington, to learn about:
- Navigating the school and board websites
- Accessing the school calendar, school newsletter
- SchoolCash Online payment system
- School bus and inclement weather communication
- School fundraising events, school trips
- Preparing your child for school (clothing, packed lunch, etc.)
- Communicating with your child’s teacher, reporting absence
- Students arriving on time for school
- No parking in the school parking lot
