Come and meet Guelph’s Settlement Workers in Schools (SWIS) at our Newcomer Orientation Week events.
Youth peer leaders and SWIS workers have organized activities to help newcomer students:
- learn about getting around the school
- connect with other newcomer families, peer leaders, and friends
- learn about resources available in schools and the wider community
