The Newcomer Youth Green Economy Project (NYGEP) is a free program offered by Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) for newcomer youth (Also open to Ukrainian temporary residents) aged 18-35
interested in learning more about green careers. It is a five-month, virtual, part-time program. Participants will receive:
- Professional project placements with a host employer for experience on real-world projects
- Job search and corporate culture training
- Field trips
- Employment coaching
- Indigenous learning opportunities, and more!
