Kindergarten Registration for the 2026-2027 School Year
Registration will open on January 5, for children born in 2021 or 2022, to start Kindergarten at Wellington Catholic District School Board in September 2025!
This two-year Kindergarten program allows children to learn, grow, and explore through play and inquiry in a faith-based environment.
Who Can Register?
Children born in 2022 can register for Year 1 (Junior Kindergarten).
Children born in 2021 can register for Year 2 (Senior Kindergarten).
How Do I Register?
Wellington Catholic DSB invites families to register their child for Kindergarten by following these steps:
- Find your school. Visit findmyschool.ca find your local Catholic school using your home address
- Pre-Register. Click here to complete the pre-registration form online. Once submitted, you will receive a unique registration code by email. Use the code and link provided to complete the online registration process and forms.
- Schedule a meeting with school administration. Book a meeting with the school to meet the staff, submit required documents, and finalize your child’s admission.
Registration for the 2026-27 school year will be available between January 5 and February 6.
What Documents Do I Need to Register?
To complete your child’s registration, please have the following documents ready:
- Your child’s birth certificate
- A Baptismal certificate (for parent or child)
- Custody papers, if applicable
- Proof of tax support (e.g., most recent tax bill, for families new to the system)
- Proof of address
