By joining our Board of Directors, you will be part of an organization that seeks to improve the lived experience of newcomers to Canada by focusing on directing and protecting the organization in the key areas of planning and evaluation, financial and HR stewardship, risk management and community relations.

We are committed to ensuring representation on our Board that is consistent with the communities we serve. Based on the current Board composition, in terms of skills, expertise, demographics and lived experience, we welcome a wider range of perspectives to ensure a more diverse set of voices at our table. Individuals without board experience are welcome to apply. Training and mentorship is available.
